1. Scheme design
1.1. Fully communicate the technical parameters and technical requirements of the product with the user, and the design department will design the product plan.
1.2. Feedback to users, confirm technical details, formulate technical specifications and quote.
1.3. Both parties confirm the scheme drawings and technical specifications and sign a commercial contract.
2. Detailed design
2.1. The technical department will design mechanical, electrical or hydraulic detailed drawings, and the purchasing department will purchase product accessories.
2.2. The process department formulates key parts processing technology, product assembly technology and product shipping technology.
3.Production and processing
3.1. The factory formulates a production plan and arranges production, inspection, and assembly according to the planned nodes.
3.2. The technical department conducts product factory debugging.
3.3. If necessary, conduct tests, witnessed by the user and a third party (classification society or supervisory authority).
4. On-site debugging
4.1. After the on-site installation is completed, conduct on-site debugging.
4.2. If necessary, cooperate with the user in on-site testing.
5. Deliver to users
6.After-sales service
6.1. If the product fails during the warranty period, engineers and workers will be dispatched to the site for repair free of charge.
6.2. Provide paid technical services, maintenance and repairs outside the warranty period.
